    Carolina Lady Blues GOLD FINISH 6-1!

    The Carolina Lady Blues GOLD finished their first GOLD tournament in California an impressive 6-1. They finished up the tournament today with two wins.

    Carolina Lady Blues GOLD 2 San Jose Extreme GOLD 1

    The Blues came from behind to score 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th. Three consecutive hits by Kristi Woodall, Asthon Ward, and Janna Lewis set the table for the inning scoring Sarah Rappe and Kristi Woodall scored the game winner on a base hit by Janna Lewis.

    WP- Asthon Ward, 12k's

    Carolina Lady Blues GOLD 4 Katy Heat GOLD (Katy, TX) 0

    WP- Morgan Childers 12k's

    Bethaney Wells 3 rbi's

    The Carolina Lady Blues GOLD finished an impressive 14-3 for the fall.

    Congratulations to Coach Ochoa and the Lady Blues, we are proud of you all. Hope everyone has a great holiday season. Enjoy the time off and get them young legs rested during the winter. See you all soon.

    Coach "O" and the Lady Blues players did an awesome job of prepararing and performing in California. These young ladies work very hard and O has great knowledge of the game which combined makes for a successful program. I am extremely proud of all of the girls and the coaching staff. Thanks to Larry for his help on the field and off the field and to all the supportive parents that have made it all come together.

    "O", great job leading this group! I think this tournament is just the beginning of where the Blues can go and we will get all the bugs out of the other items we have discussed to assure success.

    Wish all the players, coaches and parents a wonderful holiday season! Also wish all the TBR's fans a wonderful and fulfilling holiday season.:wave:
