normal Practice schedule Girls JV

    I am use to JV practicing 4-5 days a week for at least two hours and varsity 2-3 hours.

    I found that our JV practices for only 1 hour a day and varsity 1.5 hours. Is that normal?

    Also, do JV teams in charlotte particpate in tournaments?

    How many gyms at your school and how many teams including boys and Freshman teams?

    Team Practices

    I think the 4 all together.. 2 Girls JV/Varsity 2 Boys JV/Varsity. I am not sure what other indoor winter sports they have.

    I think they only have 1 gym and a practice gym.

    Wrestling is the only other winter sport that I can think of, and it definitely is indoors...

    With their being two gyms it seems to me like there would be enough space available for practice time.

    a coach would really have to cram it in to teach JV in 1 hr/ day, but remember they do practice daily I suppose. don't want to burn 'em out and they need time to study and rest, kick back you know.
