I read this morning that Greg Holt of West Forsyth signed his letter of intent to UNC. Congratulations. There are a lot of players that have signed or going to college that play in the CPC. It was a tight race last year. Whos going to be the top dog this year in the CPC with the competition so good?

West Forsyth is loaded especially with the pick up of transfer Garrison Lassiter, add two Holts, and pitching........

Davie County will be loaded again this year with 3 all-conference players returning. Davie is going to be able to swing the bats and play some d, but they are going to have one problem trying to find somebody to replace Johnny Mac. I think it will either be Davie or WF to take the cpc this year. Both teams will be very good.

I agree the CPC will be very good. They are getting 4 playoff spots this year out of the 7 team conference. West Forsyth has added a tremendous talent in Lassiter and along with their other returning players they have to be the favorite. DC returns alot of talent and should be very good again. East Rowan returns Steedley and Roland along with some other starters from last year. North Davidson returns Zach White, Levi Michael, Kassouf, and others. South Rowan lost a few of their players to the new school Carson. Mount Tabor returns some players in Velten, Andrews, Vogler, Rodgman, Batts, Wrege, and a few others. Reynolds was fairly young last year and Coach Welch will have them ready to play. I believe every game will be very competitive and it should be an interesting year.

as usual the cpc wil be a tight race again this year. it will once again probably come down to the last week with 3-4 teams in the mix. davie is loaded with returners from last years championship team. east rowan will be strong as usual. north davidson has a lot coming back with white on the mound and watson as another pitcher. mt tabor was young last year and very competitive, will be even stronger this year. south rowan is south rowan...never an easy win, always hard nosed and competitive. reynolds should be stronger this year as well. west should be competitive.:fan_wave2:

Coach, You know West will be more than competitive. They have to be the favorite going into the season with all of their returning players and one very big addition in Lassiter. The entire CPC should be able to beat anyone in the conference on any given day. I believe each team will have to bring their "A" game or they could go home with a loss. Only 55 days left until tryouts. What are everyone's thoughts on the top returning players in the CPC and the order they would pick for the teams to finish. :fan_wave2:

like i said last year and the years before that. this league has the greates parity around. anyone can win this thing. i expect about 4 teams to be in the hunt the last game of the season. it has been that way for the past 5-6 years.

    braves you are my hero

    :allhail:

ps i wouldn't hesitate to put stamper and sapp on that mvp possiblity list.
