What is the point of making a commitment to play a sport if you aren't going to be at all the games? However, would it really have made that big a difference? Who were the players that were out?

Yes, they would have made a difference. Albert Anderson, who put up 22 on Owen, and is averaging in double figures, is very much needed not only for his scoring but for his rebounding as well.

I wouldn't get all weak in the knees over 22 against Owen, that's nice and all but it is still Owen. Soon as I saw his name I wasn't surprised, he pulled some mess during the last couple of weeks of the season last year which was detrimental to the team. DJ and Ted had pretty good numbers at least in the last game according to the paper. I don't know how they did in the second game but those two are more than enough to pick up any slack that was missing with Albert out. Who was the other player missing?

That Owen team beat Freedom this year by 20 points so they aren't that bad. The other player missing is Joe Taylor, another athletic rebounder. Yes, you can down these players all you want, but missing 11 points a game on average (what Albert is averaging) does hurt a team, not to mention his rebounding ability.

The Titans get 3rd place in this tournament. Terrence scored 29 and had 4 dunks. Pete played well also. Overall a good tournament for the Titans with the only lose coming to East Meck. If the Titans could have shot better from the line 11-25 against East Meck. they may have pulled the upset off.

At halftime in the championship game it was East Meck. 48 Freedom 20. The only scoring Freedom has is from the perimeter. They hit six 3's in the first half.
