Now that the early signing period has come and gone, who has actually signed the NLT? Any surprises?
When is the next opportunity for players to sign? Also, are DII schools dates the same as DI schools?

    Tarron Robinson to UNC

Chapel Hill High School senior Tarron Robinson (LHP), son of UNC's men's assistant basketball coach Steve Robinson, has decided to play at UNC next season. Tarron is a talented 6'3" lefty that is very crafty with excellent command. Tarron played showcase for the Stretchelon Sars this past fall. Tarron was 6-3 with a 1.20 ERA as a junior and 5-1 and 2.30 as a soph. He was named All PAC VI both years. Congratulations to Tarron and family. Great kid!

I'd heard that Coach Robinson's son was a talented player. We've learned over the last several years that the character/attitudinal makeup is every bit as important to Mike Fox as the playing ability in recruits; so, the "great kid" comment fits, as well.

Many thanks for the first-hand report.
