Freedom was without Brianna Morrison, who has a hurt foot. I think she's out a week or two. Taylor Loven played box and 1 on Ford, and did it well. ACR shot lights out, especially in the 2nd half, and Freedom just had a hard time making shots. ACR is much improved.

OK, I just looked at the box score. I did not realize Loven also scored 27. You can safely give her player of the game. This is going to be a team to be reckoned with for a few years.

The Lady Titans played a zone the whole game or this score could have been alot worse. I guess it was a part of the game that Coach Silver wanted to work on tonight.

Amen to this. I am glad that Coach Silver played zone. They would have really embarassed Watauga if they had played their pressure defense that they employed last game.

How does WHS's JV team beat McDowell 2 times in the last two years, but the Varsity team has not beat them in several years? How many more talented teams and girls are going to be ruined by the current varsity coach? The girls don't respect him and do not believe in him. It's time for a change, for the girl's sake. Coach, give the girls a fighting chance!

Here we go again about the Coach.

McDowell has 4 - 9th graders on Varsity, 2 of which play big minutes. I guess you can use this to help answer your question?
