    Does anyone know where the location of the NW4A Conference Tournament is? Also, what are the matchups looking like?

    I think first round only will be at higher seed...semis and finals at McDowell. The boys bracket I think will be played Tue/Thur/Fri...

    I thought the tournament was played at Mcdowell last year. Don't they go alphabetically each year throughout the conference?

    No, it was played at East Burke last year. East, Freedom and McDowell rotate the tourney site each year because all three are centrally located and because those three facilities can hold the most people.

    Monday February 12th 2007
    Women's 1st Round
    #7 at #2
    #6 at #3
    #5 at #4
    All games at higher seed

    Tuesday February 13th
    Men's First Round
    #7 at #2
    #6 at #3
    #5 at #4
    All games at higher seed

    Wednesday February 14th
    Women's Semi-Finals
    Winner of (#7 vs #2) vs Winner of (#6 vs #3)
    Winner of #5 vs #4 at #1 McDowell
    All games at McDowell
    McDowell will play second (aka Prime-time)

    Thursday February 15th
    Men's Semi- Finals
    Winner of (#7 vs #2) vs Winner of (#6 vs #3)
    Winner of #5 vs #4 at #1 McDowell
    All games at McDowell
    McDowell will play second (aka Prime-time)

    Friday February 16th
    Men's and Women's Championships
    Both Girls Semi-Final Winners (Higher seed is home)
    Both Mens Semi-Final Winners (Higher seed is home)
    All games at McDowell
    Men's Game will be prime-time weather McDowell is in it or not

    #7 Alexander Central at #2 Watauga
    #6 South Caldwell at #3 East Burke
    #5 AC Reynolds at #4 Freedom

    McDowell is the 1 and has a bye
