NW4A has four automatic bids, plus the possibility of earning wildcard births.

    madison

I witnessed madison hit 96 the other night at watauga in low 40's maybe high 30's whether after coming off the flu for a week. So therefore on occasion yes he can pump it up to 98 or 99 if he wants. That was not a false fact and it has happened more then once. Notice when he hit 98 against St Stephens that was after he had already pitched 7 innings as well. Maybe those were last seasons stats?

So far the SW4A is 2-0 against the NW4A:

    Providence 12 Alexander Central 2
    Ardrey Kell 11 Watauga 4

More games should be scheduled between these conferences next year!

I can't help it. Every time I read this thread it makes me think it is some kind of new professional wrestling league "NWA vs SWA" Friday Night Fights!!!!

    ...featuring The Equator

I know with the new school opening in Morganton next year, the CVAC is going to be 10 teams. The NW4A teams play CVAC teams alot so I would figure that NW4A schools will have to schedule down toward the SW4A alot more next year.

I thought that was the Mighty Wilbur or Henry O Godwin... I have told my worst habit is my addiction to Pro Wrestling.

    lol...you could have worse habits.

No...that's John Hendrick's publicity photo, the pitching coach at Lenoir Rhyne. He used to coach up in the Alaskan League each summer, but I believe he has found his summer job as The Equator:hilljack:

I'm with you CF #8....I still predict the State Championship has to go through South Caldwell.

Keep everyone focused on the field....don't start believing your own press clippings....the season is still young. :clover:
