    I know this is primarily a HS aged board but I was curious about everyones middle schools team. Does anyone watch them to get a heads up on whats coming up for the HS? Does anyone have middle school girls that are standing out? Just curious.

    The Battle of McDowell County will get underway in about 45 minutes as West McDowell Lady Spartans host the East McDowell Lady Trojans in middle school softball action. It should be interesting to see what both squads have who may become future Lady Titans.

    West McDowell beat East McDowell 3-1 this afternoon in Foothills Conference play. A lot of first-year players for both squads which isn't a bad thing considering McDowell has a lot of underclassmen on their JV and varsity squads, it will give the middle schools plenty of time to help develop the talent.

    its not all about HS aged players......

    where is your MS and do post their schedule.....watching some down East MS ball this Friday and WNC MS softball just after Easter too. MS ball rocks!!

    Middle school ball just got underway this week here in Burke County. EBMS beat Heritage 4-1 yesterday and face off with W. Mcdowell Thursday. Which one does your DD play for? Or can I ask that?? Sorry I'm new, lol.
