    Butler 8
    Myers Park 5
    Butler 5-0 in the conference...

Not really that close...error cost Butler a few runs in the bottom of the 7th...Matt Robinson pitched a great game for Butler going the full 7...
Girdwood took the loss for Myers Park...

    Crump 3 run HR
    Blanton 1-2 RBI
    Wixted 1-3 2b
Most of the line up had a hit...Tewell, Deckbar, Brewer, Glass...
Butler consistent defensively...next up, for Butler...Providence

Great Ball Game....I can only say wow! Providence played great but the young Knights earned a ton of respect tonight.

Braves, you will need to fill in the details.

    Kannapolis-6 over Concord-5

Max Morales pitched well for Kannapolis, while Jason Brown, Wesley Honeycutt and Kenneth Yates contributed 2 hits apiece for the Wonders who won this game in the bottom of the 8th. Richard Chandler led off the 8th for Kannapolis with a single, was sacrificed to 2nd with a bunt, and then after a walk to put runners on 1st & 2nd,,, Michael Boger got the winning hit scoring Chandler from 2nd base. With the game-winning hit, Boger kept his streak of hitting safely in every Kannapolis game this season.
