    I heard it's an 80 to 90% full recovery rate. My doctor in high school told me that I could do the surgery to help fix my elbow. Ended up that it wasn't what he thought it was and it was arthritis. Still hurts when I play intramural softball. Might be just cause I'm out of shape now though

    It would actually be closer to 100% if the 10-15% chose to follow the rehab process. Some resign to the process for personal reasons.
