    There are FOR SURE coaches out there, that would put a kid on the mound with no warm-up at all! They are WRONG for doing it!

    Trust is an important thing to give! Especially when you have been shown repeatedly that they do the opposite!

    "half of those teams that you mentioned above don't even need coaches per say because of the remarkable talent that they possess from the TB experience...again I want mention names to keep from being banned,but too many high school coaches are taking credit for wins,loses, State Titles,etc....and it should be rewarded to the kids that are playing that "DUMB TB" all year round as you imply in your last statement that sharpens their skills..."

    I agree, with the statement in red for sure! When you have a winning team, of talented ballplayers that work together, know their positions and what it takes to win, they will win, no matter who is wearing the coaches hat!
