question on state record for home runs

    cant seem to find nc ihigh to view state records. had a girl hit three home runs in one game this week, wondering if this is a record. team hit a total of 5 home runs in the game (all over the fence) wonder if this is a record. girl that hit the three runs was heather carnes from ashbrook, and knew she had it in her, but wish it wouldnt have been against my freshmen pitchers (hit three runs off of two different pitchers)

    gaston gazette stated that heather tied a state record for three home runs in a game. way to go Heather.

    show me.....good job heather

    if you'll look hard enough you'll find that 2 HRS are listed as the record. by britt. york of the RAGE. i'm not saying that theres not other girls who have hit 2 HRs in a game, i know of two, but come on now folks 3! gotta give it up for this kid! go girl! proud of you, play safe.

    Heather Pritchard of South Caldwell hit 3 HR's in a game a few years back and at that time that was the state record. I think it has been done a couple3 times since

    Nicole Reilly from Watauga tied the record 2 years ago, but the state didn't ever update. It was reported to the state 3 times, but the state never updated it.

    thanks cheeze! this kind of info is what TBR should focus on....well, even though meaningful posts such as this one are the heat, we still need a dose of?><":+)& from "others", ( no names here ) to keep us humble.! ****to the kids..play the best, do your best, and have fun growing up.*****. you kids are our reason, our reason for softball, band, dance, etc. this mom can say that moms and dads both are proud of all of you! you guys ARE ALL THAT! play safe.

    Yorks 2 HR's was in one inning , that's right SWR batted around and she went yard twice in the first inning last year , that record showed up but a couple of others that were sent in was not , like BM's most doubles record or her low ERA record , there is a fax record were they were sent and recieved

    Well, I've know this girl for the last four or five years, has a great heart, determined to achieve and never a bad word to anyone. last year in conference, she crowded the plate against my daughter and neither would give in, got hit but smiled all the way to first, same inning, collided with my dd at the plate, both helped each other up and just smiled. she's the kind of player i wish i had nine of. Heather, great job, wonderful way to come out of a slump, but hey, come on, why against my team???? lol. hope ya beat your own record this year.
