    SWR ......4
    SA ......0

    SWR .....6
    JM .........3

SWR was off there normal game today on defense and committed several errrors and the pitchers who threw were not at the top of there game either( issued a few BB's ) but played well enough to get the win's .
after giving up 3 the first inning of the first game , the defense held the rest of the day ,bent but did'nt break a few times . week long easter break I'm guessing was the reason

Yes, some great ball was played on Saturday by some great teams and individuals. In my opinion...Southwest Randolph was the best all-around team, edging Central Davidson by a little. SWR's catcher and SS are as good as I have seen. Central Davidson had the best pitcher there in Chelsea Leonard...their freshman was pretty dang good also.

    Classic!

I believe "Classic" is a proper name for the tournament held at North Moore High School on Saturday. The level of Softball played by each team was impressive to watch. Congratulations to Coach McNeill and his fine staff on bringing that level of play to a Spring tournament. I personally plan to make this an annual event on my Spring calendar. The games were outstanding, the food was great, and the very knowledgable fans made it an event that I will look forward to for years to come. The hospitality provided by the fine people of North Moore and the Robbins community is another example of what makes our sport such a pleasure to be associated with each year. Again, thank you for the opportunity to visit and enjoy a day of "Classic" Softball.
