We had the same issue with a middle school umpire. Called the director /scheduler for the county district to complain. Turns out the director was THE umpire we wanted to report. No win situation in this case. Probably hurt more than helped.

    how about

How about a nothing nothing game in the top of the sixth inning in a world series game. Runner on 1st, nobody out, ball is hit to the 3rd basemen, plate umpire steps out and calls foul ball, play stops. Other coach questions call, umpires get together and decide that it wasn't a foul ball and put the girl on first base. Now you have 1st and 2nd nobody out. Since when were they allowed to reverse a foul ball call. Have never seen anything like that happen before or since.

    NO_NO !!!

The player should have to go back and bat again....can't put her on first base after you kill the play....what would have prevented the third baseman from throwing her out if it was known to be a fair ball.....BAD CALL !!!!

One Umpire will not dictate the future of your son. Just keep that in mind.

My point is I am sure she is a good kid. And she will run into tougher things than one bad umpire.

Sorry I saw too many "he" s in your post. my bad.

    Other team agreed

That's OK, the ump behind the plate for us yesterday was so bad that the the parents for the opposing team started calling him out about the bad calls he was making against their opposing pitcher.

He started staring at the crowd pretty hard looking like he was wanting to toss someone and then figured out that it was the other teams parents asking if he had something in the crockpot that he was in a hurry to get home to.
