14 strikeouts is not going to win you many games. Also our 3rd base coach is going to have to quit making sooooo many mistakes that cost us games too. We have 3 more tough games and then a tough draw in the tournament. I hope we can get 1 more win just for the girls sake. This is going to be our first ever losing season and now with East Burkes win tonight we are in last place. Hard to believe how far we have fallen

Would you care to point out just what mistakes the 3rd base coach made????
In the 1st inning, SC leadoff batter lined a double to left center, with no one out, next three batters struck out, (3rd base coach fault, right???) in the 4th inning SC leadoff batter lined a triple to right so the heart of the batting order up, the next two batters struck out, and one popped up, 3rd base coachs fault right.....
One of the girls that struck out during these two occasions. in the top of the seventh, line a home run shot to left, was that the 3rd base's coach fault?????

14 strikeouts will keep runners off the bases.. and yes there were a couple of mistakes that were made, but when you face a pitcher with ball movement, and good hitters it does help win games. This is the third time Freedom and SC have met this season and SC continues to improve. SC hitters are dangerous, look at the HR that Hobbs hit. the girls on both teams played a good game... Keep up the good work girls.
