    Well guys tonight the NW4A Tournament gets under way with three games. Heres the slate. Predictions will follow from me in another post.

    #7 McDowell at #2 AC Reynolds in Asheville
    #6 East Burke at #3 Alexander Central in Taylorsville
    #5 Freedom at #4 Watauga in Boone

    Tomorrow night
    Winner MHS/ACR vs Winner EBHS/ACHS in Granite Falls (MS Deal) Early Game (not sure of the exact time)
    Winner FHS/WHS vs #1 seed South Caldwell in Granite Falls (MS Deal) Late Game (not sure of the exact time)

    Championship Game is Saturday at 7 in Granite Falls

    Freedom at Watauga tonight is postponed due to rain. It will be played at five o'clock tomorrow afternoon in Boone.

    Wow, Im surprised you got the game in. Any details, such as who pitched. This is quite an upset.

    James pitched first 3 or 4 then Harrington in relief, but the damage was already done. Several errors, not what i am used to seeing out of the guys.

    So I guess semi-finals will now be Saturday and the Championship Monday.

    I just spoke to one of the South Caldwell players and he said Sunday would be the championship. I'm kind of surprised about this but maybe they want to finish the championship up as early as possible seeing the state playoffs start Friday, May 11th.
