    Which teams do you think will make it to Walnut Creek this year 1A-4A and which team do you think will win it all in each?

    Harnett Central should make it back in 3A. Other strong teams in eastern 3A: CB Aycock, Southern Wayne.

    Wake Forest Rolesville should in 4A, unless they take W. Johnston lightly!

    1A Princeton & N. Johnston mighty strong.

    1A N. Moore, or Pender
    2A N. Pitt, Central Davidson Sutton-Leonard battle should be awesome,but don't count out Forbush
    3A SWR takes it , HC may give some trouble
    4A If CC gets by ND, with the schedule they played, there will be a good "dogfight", CC will take it.

    has anyone seen Lauren Darden at S. Wayne pitch, in eastern NC 3A? she's put up really good #'s and her team I think has lost only 3 or 4.
    I saw her a few yr's ago pitching in babe ruth all-stars and she was small but effective.

    Thanks for the welcome.

    Yes...those in bold are my best guess to win the championships.

    Way too early. Conference tournaments next week. Bound to be
    some upsets. Heck the brackets are a week away
    from being filled out, but it's always fun to make predictions.

    I'll be at the Creek that weekend.

    Easily one the most enjoyable state championship formats. Weather
    was a little rough last year(Friday night)....but great softball played on all 8 fields.

    that no matter who i pick, i will be wrong. so rather than dish off my bad luck with predictions, i'll sit back and watch, lol
