    Time Will Fix It !!!

Get some epsom salts, and soak it twice a day...tell your daughter to kick back and watch her favorite show or listen to music on her IPOD,and soak her wrist for 30 mins..in about a week to 10 days it will get better and feel better....GURU..........foot note go back to pitching slowly....I know its almost time for Summer ball, but better slowly than none at all...

    Good ideas

Heat and ice rotation, ibuproen/Tylenol rotation every four hours for no more than 48 hours. Of course rest is the best healer and staying away from breaking ball can relief some tension.
Hey this is one of my future stars, let's get her well, Ha HA!
Let me know if I can do anything to help.

Don't mess around. Follow an orthopedic specialist's instructions on treatment and physical therapy. A little time off now may prevent a chronic problem from developing. If the injury was caused by improper mechanics, they must be corrected as soon as she's able to work on it.

If overwork is a factor (it frequently is with pitching and throwing related injuries), monitor pitch counts and establish a routine of games/workouts/rest that makes sense for her and doesn't cause the injury to re-occur.

These types of injuries don't heal overnight, and they don't heal at all if she continues to pitch without giving it the time it needs.

    Wrist Problems

Be careful with this. My DD complained of wrist pain for 8 months we went to two diffrent doctors X Rays showed nothing. The later finally order a MRI where he found a fracture in her wrist. If X ray dosen't show anything get an MRI and a CT scan. Is the pain on the outside of her wrist near where the bone sticks up?
