Where is the game being played?

I got 6pm for the McDowell v. AC game. Is it @ AC or is it at a park? Can someone post directions from I-77 or I-85. I am asking because I have read from time to time about a park some of the games have been played at the last couple years. Thanks in advance for the help. Looking forward to seeing a great Championship game! Good luck to both teams.

The odds say Alexander but I wouldn't bet against these lady Titans. They did take AC into extra innings at AC earlier this year and they did beat a good Freedon team that had won 20+ games this year. It's hard to beat a good team 3 times in 1 year so I'll take McDowell,3-2.

    take I-40 West from I-77N

i'll try....take exit 134 or 135 off I-40West/Conover-Taylorsville. Head north on hwy 16 to Taylorsville...approxiately 10 miles or so. Pass the Walmart, the Wendy's and go about a mile and turn left just after the Post Office. Next stop sign turn, left and then take the first right.....ball park on the right.

CometFan has directions and names of roads but this should get you there.

It's probably closer to 20 miles up HWY 16 from the I-40 exit but other than that, pretty accurate directions. Once you pass the Wendy's on the left you'll come to a light in which you turn the 1st left. Then a half mile later you'll come to a busy intersection in which you make the 2nd left. There are signs for the school at that point.

Take I-77 to I-40 Go west on 40 (3-4 miles) to 64-90 Taylorsville exit.{Think that is exit 148] Take 64 west. After you get out of Statesville it is about 16-18 miles, After leaving Statesville you will turn right at the second red light. School will be on the left. Go past school and softball park will be on right past 1st red light. park on right past light.

Watch your speed on 64 Heavily patroled
