    Yes the coaches vote on these before the conference tournament but they will not release them until after the playoffs or until every SW4A team is eliminated....

    100% accurate. The Charlotte Observer and the SW4A agreed to to follow this policy.

    What happens in the playoffs has no bearing on the selections. The decisions have already been made.
