That's what I like to see...

Pulling together, picking each other up, tightening those bonds...That's what TEAM is all about. Keep it up guys!

Take it easy on scfan. He's old and don't know any better. lol No really I know this man well and he loves those kidds and wouldn't do anything to hurt them. He is just "old school" when you weren't supposed to be politically corrector worry about hurting fellings. He is a huge SC supporter and don't miss many games of any sport.
As for yesterday any win is a good win. Did we play our best? No Did we make some mistakes? Yes. I don't think anyone on the team has played perfectly all year every game. What makes us good is that when one or two have bad games someone else steps up. Just stick together and keep winning guys. We're all behind you. Especially scfan

That is so true...scfan would never intentionally hurt the players or his team. He bleeds maroon...not red

I believe he is still in the stands cheering and trying to find out what happened.

Seriously, I know he can be a bit obnoxious, but it is a breath of air to have a supporter at his age that is so devoted to his HS team. We could use a few more Bulldogfans here in Charlotte,,,,,,,,,but not a whole bunch of 'em :laugh4:

I personally was disappointed in the game, while I don't have a dog in this hunt, it wasn't what I had hoped for. Give credit to SC for pounding the ball the way they did against one of the (not the best, but pretty dam good) better pitchers in this state. With a lead like MB had, especially early, it became a snooze fest for excitement, unless you were a fan of SC. I would have liked to seen MB pitch in a tight game, then watch him work his magic. What a future that kid has! When you have a 9 run lead, like SC had, sometimes teams aren't focused like they should, especially with MB on the mound. Henceforth, you make some mistakes on defense. SC is a very talented team, should be fun to watch them continue. It would have been fun (I know you can't do anything about it) to see these two teams playing a best of three, instead of one and out. Congrats to Butler for having a great season!

I know what you mean PD. With all the pre-game hype, you were hoping for a 3-2 game...but the Providence/ Myers Park game with SC was exciting. I don't care who it is, when you are up 9-0 after 3 innings, it is tough to maintain one's intensity and focus.
