    Cape Fear Storm...Great pick...Great team...Lady Blues also a good solid pick...Would love to see them play each other...That would be one heck of a game...Has anyone heard whos going to be good in 16 and under this season???

    Watched a good 16u Worth Cobras team last weekend. Don't know how they ended up........we left.......a bit early.

    16u carolina curve went 5-0 last weekend in asa, strong, strong, strong
    lookouts 16u is a scrappy team they dont quit till its over
    Pitt county rockers blue
    cardinals black (charlotte) played up i think and looked good
    cardinals 16u look good
    nc dominators were tough, fast and focused

    but the cardinals team that i watched this weekend was a 12u team that played up to 14u and they absolutely rocked, speed, pitching, hitting, all the good stuff. if they stay down at 12u, they're untouchable, can compete with any 14u team.

    correct me if i'm wrong about this bmac1

    Smokey Mtn. Sting is a very solid team watched them beat a solid Cape Fear Storm the other week. They hit the ball from top to bottom.

    The Carolina Curve team that you are referring to was actually the 14u team...and they were 6-0 at this weekend's tournament. They were playing up in the 16u class.

    Solid Picks

    All solid picks for sure. Couple of first year 14u teams you can't count out of any game would be The Attitude and Carolina Angels that I might have to add to the list.

    wow...

    i agree with some of the teams that guru listed... but i've seen a team called Carolina Attitude play at quite a few tournaments over the past few years and they have really dominated their age group. What do you think?

    i stand corrected, and the Carnes girl that did the pitching was on track and awesome. she's only 13 right??? had some great defense behind her and this team lacked nothing with the bats. 14u huh, should go far this year and in the future.
