    McLamb has signed with Pitt Community College. Speaking of which, Pitt will be absolutely loaded next year!

    pcc has to be considered one of the top jcs around. coach eason has done an unbelievable job recruiting nationally as well as locally. just goes to show how good a coach he really is. wonder how long pitt will be able to keep him before some d1 school makes him the head guy. of course all the time i've seen him he seems like a good ole boy and may absolutely love the greenville area.

    I didn't mean to downgrade his accomplishments at all. He has always been a solid player and has one of the smoothest swings I've ever seen


    UNCG huh? That's good. Glad when some of these guys stay close by.

    I know you didn't Wossa. I just happened to go the baseball year end thing earlier this week and heard all his achievements. He did tell me last night UNCG was the choice and it was OK to discuss. Quality of education also matters to Brent. He's a good baseball player but an even better person.

    Trent Hopkins from North Lincoln is still out there too. You may not remember, but , Trent was the do everything QB @ NL that took a season ending late ( dirty ) hit breaking his leg badly the night before he was to take his official visit to Duke. Trent managed to make it back to school by baseball season and I believe led his conf in hitting and knocked 5-6 HR's.
    I understand he has given up on football because of the leg but is playing
    for Denver Post 355? in legion ball. Super young man....
