OK, it's getting warmer. What are your favorite snacks at tournaments? My wife usually makes cut up strawberries in a bowl, apples, trail mix, protein bars. We usually pack lots of water, Propel, or Kool-aid singles(for me...LOL). Just wondering if anyone ever tailgates or has big plans during long tournaments?

    Snacks

Yummy...all those sound good. I too take alot of fruit, watermelon, strawberries, peaches, plums etc. I also will make homemade chicken salad and make sandwiches or eat it with crackers. Chips because I love them. Water, gatorade and sodas (for me). Oh and last year I bought the ready to eat bacon, tomatoes and lettuce and had BLT'S, very good!

    Carb up Night Before...

After carbing up the night before, fruit is great, natural sugar high, trail mix yum yum! PEANUT BUTTER great source of Protein!!!
We fix up pasta salad a lot of times and keep it in the cooler, it is a good, light meal and it is easy to eat, fairly quickly, if you only have a few minutes in between games! And it doesn't set heavy!
