NC State Games , Please post info here

Im not going to be around to see any of the NC State Games action this week. Im heading out to Cinn Ohio to watch the PG National Showcase. Please post information on the games and players here if you dont mind. I would like to keep up with the guys while I am gone. Thanks.

They had that they would post it. I guess it falls into the super secret page. Got to be in the loop. I have asked before why take so long. Guess it is a put on for those in the loop. Just to put the others in. It would seem that if they can have the softball roosters post well before the games start. You would think they could do it all before today. Guess the coaches fear that some one will steal their players. Go figure!!!!

REALLY??? THATS A BUNCH OF HORSESHIT!!! Why would they want to keep the rosters "secret" ???? This is the type of BS that keeps HS baseball a second tier sport in the minds of folks that dont love it as much as we do. Very Frustrating!!

 

1st day workouts

Yesterday's underclassman workouts were pretty awesome. By far the largest collection of scouts (MLB and college) I've ever witnessed at any event. I'm guessing in the 70 - 80 range. The talent on the field was of course some of the best the state has to offer. Too many to mention but I have to single out one..... Brian Goodwin ('09) out of Rocky Mount has all 5 tools period. Ink was flying when he was running and swinging the bat.
Region 5 looks pretty stout on paper along with Region 3 and Region 6. But who knows. we'll see how the games play out.
Lots of rosters and programs available at the stadium. I type to poorly to list them all but I'll post Region 3 in my next post if others will list the rest.
Also saw where East beat the West twice last night but I wasn't there so no details. Hopefully, someone will fill us in.

I copied this off the Heat's website and post it back late April. I have also copied the State Game Softball page with infomation to see those players. I would think that the same person or group mantians the site. You would think that a phone call, fax or email to that person could happen. So one can only conclude that it is top secret or a plot against all who seek this infomation.I just hate that they said they would have it posted on the 13th and all I see today is the East West score. I agree with the Horse___ comment.

The 70-80 scouts you saw, they all paid 40$ a piece for a tournament book. add that up fellas. That's a lot of money they wouldn't make if there were anywhere else they could get this same info. it's a business just like everything else.......
