Interesting prediction...I know basketball season four-plus months away but I feel pretty confident in saying that East Burke will finish better than sixth this year in the NW4A. They this past year was by far the second best team in the conference and I don't think they loss anybody good enough to drop them towards the bottom of the conference. Look for them to finish in the top 3 again. And while we're at it...Reynolds will fight Freeddom tooth and nail for another spot in the top 3.

    EB info and prediction

They may have lost a guard but the really good one... elizabeth ross is only going to be a JR. Number 50 is madylyne ross will be a SR . They have a post Brittney Yancey that is starting to play really well and dont forget their JV team was pretty good. I would say 2nd through 4th will be a dogfight between EB, ACR and Freedom. If I had to put money on the way it will go it would be this but it could go either way.

    1. McDowell
    2. ACR
    3. EastBurke
    4. Freedom
    5. South Caldwell
    6. Watuaga

EB didn't loose any guards. They only lost 2 players, both were posts.
They lost one starter: Chelsea Stephens and the other: Tabatha Fox, which didn't see very much playing time.

    My prediction:

    McDowell
    East Burke
    ACR
    Freedom
    South
    Watauga
    Alex Cent.

It will be a fight for 2nd!! My pick is still EB there, assuming they can keep key players focused.
It wouldn't be surprising to see McDowell get upset once or twice this season.

    Wrong body part

No elbow problems, did however have a small crack in her patella. Very minor injury. She is resting it until mid-july.. She will be fine and very rested...!

Who did they play? What was the score? How did they look without her?
