I was thinking that at the same time, but I'd just never seen it so I wasn't sure. I wasn't upset either way. I just figured these are the best in NCAA baseball, they're going to get it right.

Haha thanks Wossa, and yes its really me. I wasnt trying to bring that up, I just said I was a SW Guilford player but I couldn't resist once the UNCHeels fan brought up my name and the homerun.

Anyways yea, you're right about Ragsdale/SW games they're always fun. The playoff game my sophomore year had a crazy ending just like the one this past year. Next year it'll be fun to play you guys twice again my senior year.

The Heels need to pick it up and win this game...Personally I like the black uniforms.

How can you like the black jerseys? First, black isn't a school color. Second, the armpit gussett looks like crap. Third, the numbers on the back are WAY too small. And fourth, the name plates just look bad.

The Carolina blue ones aren't bad unless Woodard is pitching.

I can't stand seeing those hideous baby blue socks they have when he pitches, with his pants legs pulled up.

those knee socks are old school. Maybe Woody will tell us next time he's on here why he wears those. I'd like to hear more about that back stab step he takes in his throwing motion - it's pretty unusual but sure is effective for him.

Hopefully Putkonen will get the job done tomorrow so we get to see Woody pitch for all the marbles.

Ugly game tonight for sure. Burn those black unis and put Benji Johnson behind the plate. Not sure what's up with Fedex but he is really struggling at the plate. Especially sitting in the cleanup spot.

White pitched okay tonight - he made some great fielding plays and got some big double plays from his defense. Just not enough run support.

UNC plays good with their backs against the wall and they are all the way there now.

my nephew plays in hs and when his team loses the coach runs them in the outfield until they drop even before a game. of course they can't stand him but this coach is inflexible. maybe fox should run his team for about 45 minutes right before the game. any thoughts?

    Experts

Uhhhh......those guys you refer to as "experts" both know just a little bit about baseball and what they're talking about, both as probable Hall of Famers.
