    Realignment?

    Don't the conferences get realigned this year? Is East Rowan dropping from 4A to 3A? Are they in the SPC?

    East should be very good. I live in Raleigh and the two best teams here are Middle Creek and Knightdale. Both are in very strong 4A conferences. East defeated Middle Creek and Wake Forest's team camp in the championship game.
