Constance Orr

Constance Orr (P) a rising senior at Butler HS has not signed to play softball at the next level as far as I know. I believe Constance is D1 material. Constance has a curve drop, rise ball, and change-up that are deadly. She can throw all the other pitches with good accuracy. Last Sunday in Burlington she pitched six games to bring her team back form the losers bracket to finish 2nd in the tournament. Constance also swings a big bat. She had several doubles and triples during the tournament. She definitely would be an asset as a college softball player. Constance plays summer ball for the 18u Lady Blues.

 

Lady Blue Gold

The 08 & 09 Blues girls had coaches following them all over the place in
Boulder last week. Christina Melton pitched a couple of great games and
hit a massive bomb in one game. Taylor McGee hit 2 HR's and made a
good impression on several D-1 coaches. Go Big ...Go Blues...

 

Right

Right bubba hut, already had a couple D-1 asking me about Taylor especially over the past two weeks. Christina with her bat and pitching ability will get tons of action as the summer winds down, O has had some contacts on CM.
Constance Orr, Kara Gordan, Kalie Lang (2009), Allie Cashions(2009) and others are getting some looks and inquiries. Our 2008 and 2009 classes are going to do well I think.

I have to admit that I actually enjoy reading about individuals on TBR. But my friends, FPitch99 sent the ball back over the net for a score. He's got a point. Props though to Comet for trying to layout a thread that has great potential on one side but a snot slinger on the other.

 

Power Red 16u's To Watch

Michelle Curl '08 Grimsley High Catcher (named All State last week in the 4A division). Michelle also plays 3B.

Kassie Lowe '10 Catcher/2B/3B Kassie is a tough player, whose mind is always focused completely upon the game. Comes with a great bat and is great at punching through the holes.

Spencer Embler '10 East Davidson High Pitcher/2B Outstanding player, with a great bat. If you need a player in a clutch, this is the young lady for you.

Adrienne Johnson '08 Northwest Guilford High 1B Incredible first baseman, one of the best scoopers I have evern had the pleasure of witnessing. At bat, don't let her get a good piece of the ball because she will send it.

Sierra Henderson-Holmes '11 Western Harnett High Catcher/3B/2B/OF One of the team's youngest players, comes with a great bat, a little slow on base speed but working on it, and certainly not afraid of getting down and dirty.

Christyne Gonzalez '08 Highpoint Christian SS Hot arm, and fast & very aggressive on the bags, has an outstanding steal record.

 

Kristen Cogdill 2008 of Kings Mtn/ Gaston Thunder will be a good college player. She is outstanding at 3rd with a strong arm. Has great size and hits for a good average and has power. Somebody will get a Surprise here.
