    Not sure if Ashton will pitch today. She doesnt arrive into CA until 11:30am local time. Blues play at 2:00. Might see a little mound time in game 2.

    Blues...............0

    Blues came out a little flat...Must have been too much time catching waves in the So Cal Ocean ??? ..Play again @ 6:00 PC Time

    Lady Blues Gold Rebound

    Lady Blues Gold beat the So. Cal Panthers Gold 5-2. Kristy Giragosian came through big in the 4th inning with a bases loaded double.

    Lady Blues Gold finish 1-1 on the day and are now 2-1-1 in pool play. Play resumes tomorrow with the last day of pool play.

    Tomorrows games are:
    LBG vs.So. Cal Pumas 11:00am EST
    LBG vs Mizuno Pride Gold 3:00pm EST

    These are all great teams that year after year are at the best tournaments and are filled with college and signed players. O and the ladies have really stepped it up and played well against the best the nation has to offer.
    Great job to all the ladies for their efforts. I have felt all along our pitching could stay with the west coast and now it appears the hitting is also catching up. There are other NC 18U teams that could compete as well, always wondered how the best of NC would be against the top west coast teams.
