Kendayl Waugh Update

Kendayl is doing well and looking forward to this weekend at the Cardinal Showcase. I can not begin to thank everyone who has supported us this summer. She will be attending the 9:00 & 10:30 services Sunday. Thanks for the the Cardinals and Jack Thomas for providing this oppurtunity for families that do not get to attend church that much during the summer. She has had her last chemo and after her last scans she is cancer free. In total remission, although she will have to have radiation beginning Aug. 6th for 3 weeks. She told the doctors they would have to delay the radiation until after the Nationals. I know that doesn't surprise any of you. Thanks, and we look forward to seeing everyone this weekend.

 

Great news!!! The softball family is with Kendayl and will be every step of the way.

 

The Power of Prayer

Great news!!! I'm sure the big guy upstairs has recieved a ton of softball prayers in Kendayl's interest and we'll all are sure to keep em' coming!!! Hang in there kid!! You know your a tough out on and off the field!!!

 

Like I have said all along she is and will always be my #1 HERO still yet to hear her complain ....ONE TOUGH COOKIE !!!!!

 

After a hot trip to Texas, Kendayl is set to begin her radiation tomorrow. The doctors say she should not experience any problems from that other than being tired. She will have 14 treatments (3 straight weeks)and then hopefully with God's will this will be all have been just a dream. WBTV is supposed to air some footage next week. That would be nice to get some girl's fastpitch on the air with all the football coming up. Thanks for all the prayers and support. Just like the rest of you, she can have a bad week, but just as soon as she walks into the gates of a softball complex she is all smiles............

This is what I am talking about! Terry thank U for coming by to say hello in Texas, I enjoyed our hand shake and as always enjoyed just talking to U. Your daughter and your family as a whole keeps me going as U always have a smile and a hug for me! Luv Ya MAN and your sweet wife and awesome daughter. Let her know I am praying for her and as she and I always say, no way can we be beat or held down, we don't have time!!!!!!!
