:beatdeadhorse5: Looking for 3rd coach in 3 years. Also North Iredell...Pretty good lay coaches around but just like CC, it doesn't look like that would happen.

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN unless us parents ban together and demand MORE FOR OUR GIRLS ........SAME THING IS AT WEST AS FASTPITCH COACH SAID plenty of QUALITY COACHES around that would even let the AD OR PRINCAPAL keep the money but POLITICS has to be involved maybe if we donate the money to the FOOTBALL progam @ WEST IREDELL we could get something done right for the GIRLS and keep the AD happy JUST MY .02

Daddydobber, i totally agree. we have the same thing going on in our conference. coach left a great competative team, have a travel ball coach who should take over this program, extremely qualified. but not a full time county employee, so we are assuming that a non-qualified teacher will take the team. if i were at that school, kane would be raised for sure.

Newton-Conover just had lights installed over the summer, had a couple playing travel ball( high school and middle), even had a coach that would come to tournaments to see how "real" teams play, then the school gets rid of him for not wanting to coach football again. All the time and effort gone into working on that horrible field to get it a little playable and now he's gone....:flameme: :censored:

OK U started it guys, give us some rumored replacements at these various schools. I heard Barry Everhart at Butler with Ray as his assistant. How about the other schools?
