    In other words, McDowell fans may need to get ready for some 35-34 games (if the offense can score). Is that what I am reading into your post, dan??

    Cameron Webb is going to kick for us, he's been working at it and got some reps last night after the scrimmage. He looks more than capable on extra points from what I saw. As far as kickoff and punts go, I haven't seen anything to base a judgement.

    yeah...it looks that way as of now. I just hope the boys have a solid week of practice and can start off fresh.

    Watauga didn't scrimmage anyone exceptional, but by the same measure they dominated. Eric looked faster, and much stronger than last year (not kidding) but what impressed me the most was the amount he touched the ball. About 30% of what he got last year, and still put up huge numbers. Watch out for the pioneers.

    watauga looked good with there passing game and will throw the ball more this year.but i still do not know how much better we will be with our passing game on defence we will see friday when davie comes up to play watauga with there qb looking forward to seeing him play. should be a great game with a big crowd at the game from what i hear davie will have a big crowd coming up the mtn with them.

    South Caldwell scrimaged Hickory on saturday night. I heard that both teams scored 5 times.
