    mechanics, as you know, will never change but always interested in hear about or seeing those new tools at work, though. :clapclap:

    lets do the outback again before Christmas......... always nicer for Us when in Raleigh and not on the summer tb circuit.

    did you Take an actual vacation this year??:gossip:

    timing and balance...feeeelin it after 10,20,50 pitches, can occur with joy or :huh2:!

    do here and some(students/pitchers)dont enjoy it(core drills) initially!

    before the Holidays would be nice.

    we finalllllly Took a Vacation this year and our two daughters joined in on the fun and relaxation. not going to miss anymore opportunities like this.....life is too short.

    Good advice, makes a lot of sense. probably would eliminate some potential injuries imo

    Probably would also eliminate alot of the so called pitching coaches !!
