McDowell over South Caldwell- I think it can go either way
AC Reynolds over E. Burke- EB just looks too much like South Caldwell last year. They haven't beaten anybody yet.
Watauga over Alexander- Hopefully AC's team from last year will not show up. They did graduate, right?
Asheville over Freedom- Freedom will be scary in the conference.

South will beat Mcdowell; South is just a better team
East Burke will beat Renolds; With good wins over Maiden and Hunter Huss EB looks to be in the top three of the NW4A this year. A solid D and a good 1-2 punch in the run game. Renolds, Freedom and EB could go either way in the conference.
Alex Central will beat Watauga; The high of the 4 single A play-off run looks to be gone Alexander is a better team as a whole
Asheville will beat Freedom; This will probally be the best game of them all. Freedom will probally be tough in the conference if they are not to beaten up by there strong preseason.

South Over McDowell: Buggys good, but until the rest of the team does something McDowell won't win games.

East over Reynolds: Going out on a limb on this one, the spread won't be more than 10 either way so I'm goin with the home team

Watauga over AC: AC has never had a history of wins in Boone. Watauga coming off a game of 170 in the air, Ashe is no AC but Watauga played well and should get this win.

Asheville over Freedom: Asheville will pull away at the end, should be an awesome game, up there with EB-ACR. Pulling for the Pats but I think Asheville is just too good a team.

Check out this game preview in the Asheville paper...

If I'm a player on the team and I read that last comment, I think I would be more than motivated to go out there and prove everybody wrong tonight.

you would think so but we will see what the titans come up with tonight. im sure the coaches always have things to make the kids motivated, i dont see how this one news article would make a difference no matter how bad us titan fans wish it would. goodluck tonight to the titans and all the nw4a teams in action even freedom haha.
