The Mudslingers Keep On Rollin

I got the chance to see this group of girls play this week-end, and I can say that this group played with a lot of heart every inning of wvery game over the week-end. Congratulations on your week-end.

 

Focus....

...on preparing early on in the week, and then RELAX at the plate when you get up there. I know its tough to forget about a last At Bat, etc. but "i'm gonna crush the next one" approach that we all would have, does nothing but lock down the speedy, explosive timely swing that is best. Relax and focus on ONLY solid contact. You'll hit fine.

I get this often to relax and I really am working on it and I know its one of my biggest problems...You must have seen me play before or something cuz thats what I hear all the time after someone first sees me play...But thanks for the advice and I promise I'm working on it...

JT had a great weekend and will return. Really bummed about the beach situation.
The endless energy and determination will take this team far. GREAT pitching helps also.
I want to thank all the girls for welcoming JT in and making her feel like part of the team.
That in itself speaks volumes about the character of this group.
