I missed out on whatever the big deal was, but I agree, I want to hear about everyone's experiences including the gold. hrslugger should be able to keep us informed about his team just the same as everyone else. I really enjoyed seeing the pictures and getting the updates from Oklahoma, and two of my favorite players were on that team. Good post Mama Duck!

    Post

If U are referring to my post about playing Legacy and lightening, it had nothing to do with anything U posted or said. I am happy when any NC team does well at a tourney. My post was due to two other post made at a earlier time and from other parties. U should be able to tell about your team and the success and if U feel I took that away from U somehow, I apologize. It appears there is still a great deal of under current concerning Gold, etc. Let's all let it go, let O post as well and we all know the negative nature some people have will always be here, they will find another person to attack.

    Respectable post by HR...

...Its nice to see folks be humble and genuine as HR has been by owning up to an 0 fer record in NJ. To me thats a great firststep in the right direction. As for the record? Who cares? I don't. I know these kids can play. The leeson all along that we at TBR/blues GOLD have to appreciate is that opportunity, yep, opportunity, is all a player needs recruiting wise to make a name for herself. If that comes with GOLD, go for it. If it comes elsewhere, go for it. Its not about winning unless thats what is important to you or someone else. Its ABOUT time to pull together for NC Fastpitch. Without one, there no other!

LL Team COMBAT and Legacy Gold

This past weekend was awesome for both teams. Winning is not the total mission in this event. We both wanted to put our players against some of the strongest players in the country.
Between both teams we played teams from Texas, Florida, NY, NJ, PA, and IL. A lot of players played and got a chance to show there abilities. It was a pleasure to hang out with Coach O and his team. We both spent time watching and supporting each other.
Our team is looking forward to following the same path as Coach O and his group does and to continue to show a strong presence in NC.

LBG Team NJ Photos - Saturday/Sunday

A few photos of the girls from Saturday and Sunday. Field set-up made it hard to get shots of batters, outfield and catcher. Also got a picture of Cat Osterman, new pitching coach for DePaul.
