Drought affects on fields?

    how has the drought affected playing fields? are you allowed to water the soil infields ? bet there's some hard surfaces out there.

    we're not allowed to water, so in practice this week, we were teaching slappers to hit on top of the ball and it was bouncing so high, they were on first before any infielder had the ball in their glove. like hittin off concrete.

    Mecklenburg "STAGE 5" !!!

    The city / county is getting ready to institute "Stage 5" or where bathroom limitations will go into effect as follows:

    A-D --- 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
    E-H --- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
    I-L --- 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
    M-P --- 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
    Q-T --- 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
    U-Z --- 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

    If you miss your turn, you can pay a fee of $35.00 to use another timeframe or wait until your appointed time the next business day. Anybody found using another timeframe without permission will be fined up to $100.00 dollars per illegal useage or (2) days in jail. Please use your time wisely as this will be monitored by air....Thanks for your cooperation !!!

    Well, at least in jail you have a toilet at your convenience, hard for them to keep you from going when you want to, if you are locked up with it! LOL

    Can only flush once a day !!! or water will be cut off, & given bucket.

    and since we cant water our trees, thus no paper, we will revert back to the old corn cobs of the past.
