This weekend I watched the Carolina Attitude play in Salisbury. They really made me feel good because of their efforts. All of this is attributed to the Coaches and players and the work that they put in at practices and games. It is a growing organization that does it the old fashion blue collar way! They also have very supportive parents who add to this. When you watch young players grow over a season you know it is being done right as they play in tough divisions that call for that. As I talked to the college coaches that were there they told me they were going about it the right way. They also told me they would definitely keep up with them.I know how hard they work at practice and this has paid off. Thanks again for an enjoyable weekend because there is lot of people going to benefit from what you are doing. Thanks RP,RM,KS,RPsr.,TV,HL,RS,BA,SW,RK and the rest who put in valuable time for these kids.

I know most all of these girls and they are truely a class act, and have worked very hard over the years to get where they are now, also ron is one of the best coaches you could ever have your dd play for. Congratulations for your continued sucess.

I'll echo what Ledfordguy says. Coach Lambros, you've got a good organization growing there. Anyone who knows me, knows that there is no one in the state who has more respect and admiration for Ron Plemmons and as far as my opinion goes he's the best hitting coach in North Carolina. Continued success to the Carolina Attitude.

    Your opinion has my respect...

.....parkdad. Props to Coach Ron also. How might we at TBR gain some quick info by Ron? Given age and size stuff, where does he begin with one kid or another? Does he favor tee type regimen or soft toss or machine pitch? Theres lots of folks who think they know about hitting, and then there is the gurus such as Ron, and Charlie D. and certainly others. Maybe Cheeze can arrange an interview? To you Parkdad, you're interest in whats best for fastpitch is no doubt awesome and appreciated by all. Jeffro, the fishman.

thats correct, this forum is about softball, the girls, the parents, coaches and ways to get our kids into college or just play at the next level. we discuss equipment, training and in general, just post the players who need a little publicity for the effort they put out on and off the field.
