If we are praising Bravesy please let me do my part. I know him personally. I met him through his oldest son who is as fine a young man as any father could ever hope to raise. Braves has been to a few rodeo's in his day. He played the game at a high level and has a keen eye for what is good and what is not. People like him because he is approachable and modest. Traits I'm trying to learn from him. I'm proud to call him friend.

As for D'Backs........... well that's a whole other story!

Seriously.......we appreciate everything you do. I love baseball and TBR but, you are one of the main reasons I have stayed with it after Ryan got out of High School. Thanks for the time and effort you put into TBR.

Let me thank my Dad for starting this thread.

Seriously, I enjoy this board more than anyone will know. But it is only as good as the members that post. And if everyone can keep in mind that it is about the players and congratulating them for their efforts, then everything else is peripheral.

I'll tell you where I get the most fun. Meeting you guys and the one's that have sons. It is fun to watch and follow them through their HS career...and I'm not just referring to the guys that were blessed with god given talent. I love to follow the players that love the game and HS will probably be the end of playing.

I love meeting the Richard Sarmiento's, the Kevin Bumgarner's, the Quenton Leggett's, the Steve Evans', Don Hutchins', the UkeyDukey's, the tj's etc., etc....there are so many I have not met that I am looking foward to meeting in the future.

Sometimes I think that TBR is like one big ballpark and we are all sitting around talking and having a good time...and we see PlateDad and One Putt walk up and someone says, " Shhh....don't talk about showcase".....just kidding ya guys!

It's a lot of fun and I hope it continues, but it wouldn't be as fun for me without dbacks and aguyyouknow
