a road trip to TC Roberson. hopefully the long bus ride back home will be a victorious one.

anybody on here know much about their team? i know they're highly ranked. massey rates their defense #1 in the state. i cant imagine them being any better than W. Rowan but i could be wrong. Mooresville has already played a brutal road schedule this season with games @ Bandys, Kannapolis, NW Cabarrus, W. Iredell, and Statesville. not many folks will give us much of a chance though.

tcr has a lot of speed on d with shrine b owl safety josh gosset. on offense thjeir passing game is adequate but they rely on justin wiynn. 1900 + yds rushing in '06 and over 1400 this year

 

These brackets are a joke

Northwest Cabarrus goes 9-2, second in the North Piedmont and winds up a 10 seed and goes on the road, while Central Cabarrus goes 4-7 in 4-A gets an 8 seed and plays a home game against a team with winning record in South Mecklenburg. Mt. Pleasant runs the table at 11-0 are conference champion and winds up playing a team from their own conference, Forest Hill. Who decides these match-ups? These guys worry about kids putting face paint on and call that unsportsman like then they go out and present this kind of pairing. I'm sure there are other examples out there.

 

Great.... East Rowan makes the playoffs and has a winning season for the first time in a long while and they draw Charlotte Catholic for their first game.

 

didnt Statesville finish in 2nd spot in the NPC and NWC third?

Northwest was tied for second

Statesville won head to head but had same record as Northwest Cabarrus. By the way, I was wrong, apparently can't read, Mt. pleasant is playing N. Henderson, not forest hills.
