    I got that one

Me and Braves. Nasty off speed stuff. The gravity pitch is almost unhittable.

Seriously this should be a good thread. Im curious about this one as well.

Ragsdale has two very talented young men. Coffey and Mcbride. Two good young men. Hard workers and good kids who happen to play baseball.

    Thats a great #1 #2

Ragsdale is going to be really good again this year. Alot of talented players with outstanding depth. And they will be very well coached. They are my #1 3A team going in.

They will play a great schedule and will be tested. But to me they are the team to beat come playoff time. Im looking forward to the early season match up vs Rocky Mount at the Impact Challenge. Because Rocky Mount is my #2 3A team going in.

    Kevin

your pretty good with this stuff. Hey how about that staff they had last year. Trent Rothlin , Aaron King , Andrew Wyant , Chad Rothlin. Lets see Trent to Clemson , Aaron to Surry , Andrew to USC Upstate , Chad to UNNC. Wow!! That aint too shabby.

SE Guilford state runner ups in 3A have Austin Moyer and Cam Cockman returning. They were their 1-2 pitchers last year, so they will be tough again.

SW Guilford will have Blaine McCraw hard throwing right hander that hides the ball well. Esterlin Paulino, a left hander with good off speed and lots of movement. Both of these young men have signed with NC A&T. I know McCraw had lots of opportunities with bigger schools, but liked the coaches and program at A&T. I would rather watch Paulino pitch then anyone I have seen. He is a competitor and not is intimidated by any hitter. He wants the ball. They will also have Payne Craven, who will be returning from Tommy John surgery. He is receiving attention from his performances his sophomore season. He is now working with Scott Bankhead supervising his rehab and should be ready in the spring. Add to that Ethan Ogburn, a 6-3 180 lb. junior that is working really hard and the pitching staff will be tough.

Guilford County is a tough place to play 3A baseball. SW will meet Ragsdale and SE early in non conference games and Ragsdale and SE will compete in conference. When these 3 teams face off, you never know who is going to win.
