SW4A Preview – 2008

What would keep you from posting additional good players?????

 

Remember the purpose of TBR is to promote players. If anybody knows of a good player the forum is here!! If it is your son, by all means tell us about him!

 

Good players will be seen. Im not concerned. Im more concerned about coming up with solutions to the problems of ineligible players. It seems to be a frustrating problem that is bigger than most realize and needs to be delt with . I will promote players after the playing field becomes fair. I hate to see good players lose their positions because of another ineligible player. Until i dont think I can fairly promote anyone. But hey!Thanks for the suggestion.

Can someone please tell me what this thread, a thread that obviously someone spent a lot of time and care to post on our board: A thread that anyone can add any names that are left out (one of the intentions said poster was hoping for) has to do with ineligible players?

There is a thread for that (by the way, I have not closed it). Let's keep the focus of this thread on the teams and players it was intended for and not shift the focus to another topic.

 

What a terrific pre-season summary, mincmi! For those of us who are interested, but can't be as close to the players, it's very helpful...and it'll be fun to see how the season plays out vis-a-vis your poll. Thanks very much for providing it.

 

If you werent concerned than why did you question the names listed? If you have insight into the SW4A why not share who you think the additional players to watch are so they get some pub. Seems like that would be something positive you would want to do.

 

WOW, I know I've been in hibernation but this one woke me up.....how did this get sideways. Great job mincmi, thanks for the info on the SW4A.

I challenge you to promote any player that might be missing from the list...most of our posters and readers are always interested in hearing about players we may not have gotten the chance to see play. That's what this board is all about.

But unless I misread this thread it was about the "SW4A Conference Preview"....Let's hear from the other conferences otherwise it looks like the SW4A will be heads and shoulders above the other conferences out there (hey Braves, that should stir things a little to get a response from some of our other posters). Don't let mincmi get a leg up on the other conferences....let's see your preview as well....

Drew Casella - Providence
Robert Balsley - Myers Park
Wesley Carlisle - East Meck

On a separate note, Ty Linton attends Charlotte Christian, not Weddington.
