Here's a "What if?" scenario that I've always wondered about and how Burke County will treat it...

What if an athlete from Drexel wants to transfer to Patton because they feel like they have a better opportunity at Patton? Does the Burke County B.O.E. allow them to transfer? Like you said since they let the Freedom/Patton kids choose, it would not be fair if the East Burke/Draughn kids did not get the same option.

How did this turn into a debate about EB and Freedom...

I want predictions about the NW4A in 2008 with the assumption that everything stays as is!

No, Everybody in the county knows how it goes. The western end of the county always gets what they want and this won't be any different.

Now, how about you face the facts that you know is the truth! You wouldn't make a statement like that if you didn't know it was the truth.

I wasn't trying to start nothing with anyone but since you want to start crap...that's fine!

I think it can go anybodys way next year. ACR loses Spencer Watauga Loses EB McDowell Loses Buggy and AC loses Russell and Mayes

So you're basically saying the eastern side of Burke County gets the raw end of the deal on everything; the western half gets everything and it's been like this for ages and it's not gonna change now. Did I translate that correctly?

This debate could go on for ever, so I'm not posting on this anymore. Besides, like interestedonlooker already posted this isn't the right thread for this. I do want to clear up on what I said though....the people who work and attend any western Burke school has nothing to do with what I posted earlier. And I'm sorry this got started on this thread.

Now in the words of MR. Gump....That's all I have to say about that.
