Courage is FEAR, that said it's PRAYERS.
    ACR - 62
    Asheville - 60

    Final (OT)

ACR was led by Sophomore Whitney Brinkley with 23, Sophomore Karlee Taylor 13, and Freshman Stephanie Cabral 12.

I wasn't at the game but saw the box score where ACR outscored Asheville 19-9 in the 4th to send it to overtime and beat them 9-7 in the extra period.

McDowell is becoming one of the more dangerous perimeter teams out there. Ward is playing at a high level. She had (4) 3's in the first half and a 5th three-pointer coming off a screen that was ruled illegal by the officials. Greene is shooting the ball as good as she ever has and Washington was getting in on the 3's (maybe not at a pace that dribbles would appreciate) but regardless she's connecting them.

Combine that with Hamilton and Gellman down low...the Lady Titans in general becoming a highly productive offense.

I think SC could have score 100 tonight but the slowed it down in the second half and just like every other game this year every player saw good minutes. Still making some unforced turnovers but that is to be expected

Owen and Mitchell would be a good game. The final would be something like 31-28.

Oh so true...but I will say that I think Mitchell is a better 2A team than what they showed last night. McDowell sank (8) 3-pointers in the first half alone and it took every bit of the wind out of the Lady Mountaineers sails. Meanwhile the other three schools you mentioned...may not win a combined 15 wins this season.

BTW, has anybody heard a score on the East Burke/East Rutherford game last night?
