    NOT SURE BUT IS IT THE DEAD PERIOD AS OF RIGHT NOW AND IF NOT WHEN IS IT FOR SURE......
    _WHAT ARE THE COAHES AND PLAYERS ALLOWED TO DO AT THIS TIME AND WHAT CANT THEY DO

    By dead period , Do you mean as far as practicing and workouts or did you mean recruiting?

    workout dead period was over on dec. 1st. 8 or less with skill development.
