    D E C I S I O N

    BY THE COURT:

In November 2000, the prominent public relations practitioner, Salvador “Bubby” Dacer, together with his driver, Emmanuel Corbito, were abducted along Zobel Roxas St. in the City of Charlotte. Their charred remains, consisting of burnt bones, metal dental plates and a ring, were later found in Thomas B. Sarmiento's backyard. They were positively identified by their dentists and by forensic pathologists from the University of the South Carolina. Both victims were killed by the TBR curse.

A preliminary investigation was conducted by the Department of Justice through a panel of prosecutors made up of State Prosecutor AGuyYouKnow and Prosecution Attorney Coach 27.

On 11 May 2001, an Information docket was filed by the panel of prosecutors with the Regional Trial Court , City of Charlotte. The following were charged with double murder:

    PO2 Thomas B. Sarmiento

    SPO1 Tommy Fears

    John Does and Jayne Does

    (all at large)

    The Information reads:

That on or about November 24, 2000 in Charlotte, N.C. and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, some of whom are public bloggers, being then members of This Board Rocks assigned to the task of cleaning up steroid use in high schools.

Thomas Braves Sarmiento and buddies with evident premeditation, treachery, abuse of superior strength, nighttime and remoteness of the place and with deliberate intent to kill, conspiring, confabulating and confederating with one another, the accused using their offices in committing the offense, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously kill SALVADOR (Bubby) DACER and EMMANUEL CORBITO by the TBR curse method, which was the immediate cause of their death, and thereafter disposed of their bodies by incineration, to the damage and prejudice of the latter’s respective heirs.

    FINAL DECISION BY THE COURT:

This case was raffled off to the highest bidder at the bootcamp.

I've sent this to Haskell Willingham, Esq, to interpret. His intial impression is this is a good thing. His second impression is to sue someone, and his last impression is to get a plane ticket for Colombia and look for my Uncle Pablo. He knows people.

    Environmental Compliance

As industry has grown in the last 40-50 years and the more diligent focus on industrial safegaurds has probably doubled if not tripled as well the subsequent growth in environmental compliance has kept pace. Though you will not become a very rich wealthy person you can expect steady employment with many varied paths. Toxicology, Soil, water and air quality, ergonomics, heat stress monitoring, EPA & OSHA compliance inspection are some substantial areas of interest IMO. Occupational Health and Safety Specialists are good areas right now.

    Private consulting is very lucrative.

I would say that this career field of interest is one that there are many options and opportunities.

The US Gov as well as state govs have many options. Private industry does to.

Its steady and pays decent enough to by a house. Perhaps a bass boat is out of the question then again my wife gets all the dough.
