entirely too many weapons, winning will carry over from football program. This will be the year they finish their great early season starts, may have to carry 30 to keep all the pops happy. The big Thomas kid from FCD is the intangleable. All the rest of the CPC Prenteders. Here's my predications

    1. Tabor (Not even a question)
    2. West (will win most on tradition and coaching)
    3. North (big dissappointment this year, all the aerobics in the world can't give them that fire to win)
    4. Who Cares!!!!

I reserve that right to change these predictions if Hanover transfers to any of the above mentioned schools.

Dang it. I really had hoped this was North Davidson's year. Maybe next year.

    Happy Pops

You are right about carrying 30 to keep all the parents Happy..

Alot of talent on the bench and a group of parents that really like to
give advice. If they struggle early it could get ugly quickly.

North Davidson is ready to win and West will alway find a way to be there.

I don't envy Coach Lovelace next month.. He has a really strong Jr. Class coming in and some of the Sr's might be in Jepardy.:kid::kid:

I dont think the coach is worried

about keeping the parents happy. If he is they are already done.

The team to beat in the CPC on paper is North Davidson. They return alot of arms and position players. Tabor has a good group returning but lost a great arm in Velten. I assume they will not throw Batts every game as a junior and they will have to find out what the Thomas kid can do. West will be very good and is still a team to be reckoned with. They have talent every year. Davie lost a ton of talent but have a very good young group of players that will make some noise this year. Getting closer to February 11th. Can't you tell by the weather. Good luck to all of the teams this year.

The Tabor parents are a tough crowd, lol. I'm sure Lovelace with get his ears full this year. I was standing among them when Davie beat them 11-1 in the opening round of CPC playoffs this past season. Lovelace threw just about everyone, including Velten, Batts and even Reese Wells threw some that game. The parents were mumbling about his pitching decisions all the way to the parking lot :)

Thing about ball is it is not played on paper. If that was true Yankees would not have a new manager. True they will bve tough but, I say it will come down to who wants it more and how the ball falls.
