    For Central Cabarrus:

JR-Ally Blake one of the top catchers in the state awesome bat, strong arm
JR-Tara Hajer great contact hitter very solid infielder
SO-Chelsea Hartsell great all around player

Also for Concord SO Catcher Casey Shue, she helps her team be competitive and has great heart and plays with passion and emotion.

    Juniors

Yea, I was not thinking about juniors but U are correct they are underclassman! 2009 is a pretty good class: Chelsea Leonard, Tish McMahon, Steph Simmons, Olivia Poplin, Britt Woods, Kalie Lang, Allie Cashion, and the others mentioned so far in this thread.

    Juniors and Soph's

I'm lucky to coach several young talented kids, basically our entire team is 2009's and 2010's with the exception of three signed 2008's.

    2009's
    Taylor Morris(Weddinton)
P- work ethic is unreal, will put up huge numbers this year
    Amanda McArthur-(Hickory Grove)
SS- greatly improved over the summer and is a D-1 recruit
    Tara Hajer(Central Cabarrus)
Utl- loves to play and is a coaches dream player- leader
    Jasmine Conley( Freedom)
Continues to get better, power and major speed

Also have to continue to watch Jessica Fellmeth from Weddington- awesome kid and Morgan Lunsford from South Pointe, SC

    2010's
Jen Rosene( Ardrey Kell) Should hear a lot from her this year, I'd love to have a rotation of Lang and Rosene in High School!! If AK can score some runs look out!
    Megan Soots(East Gaston)
Coach behind the plate, good arm and strong bat

Kelsey Burgess (Gaston Day), Carmin Schelling and Chaney Watson(Hopewell) will help make them even stronger.

I'm like a lot of other TB coaches and feel very lucky to coach these kids!

    Few more

Kellie Beres, Freshman at Greenville Rose....wwwwaaaaayyy down east...can you say QUICK
Hailey Harris, Soph stud up near Roxboro at Granville Central
Austyn French, Soph at West Forsyth
Nikki Helms, Soph at Forest Hills
Kristen Murphy, Fresh at Ledford....bet $100 bucks she is first team all conf this year
Storm Metreyon, Fresh at Sun Valley...starting catcher, excellent arm and heart
Tori Butler, Soph at Trinity....started last year as a Freshman...great pitcher
Hayley Whitley and Caroline F, both should start at Piedmont HS as Soph's
Britt Baker, Freshman at Nations Ford...started as an 8th grader at Ft. Mill last year.....
Jessica Pressley, kid with great heart...will start as a Fresh from Hickory Ridge
Ashley Sheppard...another with great heart, from NW Cabarrus HS
Rachel Harris, watch out for her....honorable mention all conf as fresh, first team all district. Already getting attention from schools with very high academic standards...
Kirstie Knox, Soph at Hopewell....played against her last year in HS, very tough out and can hit is a long way...

Some will obviously have more impact than others, but these kids all will start on their varsity squads....I would say they all will make a difference.

Common thread for all of them, huge desire to get better and succeed...

    3 more...

    and I am done....

Emma Stevenson, best kid and control pitcher with the biggest heart I may have ever been around, Junior at Hickory Ridge. They will struggle some because it is a new school with no senior's, but Emma and Nikki Hill will keep them in every ball game there....Emma will be first team all conference, State games starter if she goes out....

and Taylor Miller at Mt. Pleasant. What a hitter...and you won't find a better infield arm anywhere....

John I think Hickory Ridge is going to be a force right out of the box. In addition to Emma and Nikki, you have Morgan Mizell and Meghan Badame, both outfielders with great arms and above avg bats and also Carson Andreotti an infielder that can play either corner well.

    Nice group

Had the pleasure of working with Jessica and "Junebug" during the ole Craze days. Not only are those two great players, but their parents are the best supporters around. Too bad for Steven's health or there might be another quality coach around also. I'm sure he'll still help some if asked...

    Reagan HS Freshman

KC Dobbins at Reagan HS will be one of those freshman players that will make an immediate impact on her team.

KC plays 3 other sports at a very high level and softball is no different. She has Destiny Covington type speed, plus she comes from a great bloodline!
